Financial Scenario Modeling That Actually Makes Sense

Most finance courses dump theory on you and hope something sticks. We teach scenario modeling through real situations you'll face as a business owner or analyst in Australia. Starting September 2025, our cohort will walk through cash flow projections, risk assessment, and what-if analysis using actual case files from NSW businesses.

What You'll Actually Learn

Cash Flow Forecasting

Build three-statement models that predict shortfalls before they happen. You'll model seasonal businesses, subscription services, and inventory-heavy operations using spreadsheet techniques that work in the real world.

Risk Assessment Frameworks

Map out downside scenarios without drowning in complexity. We focus on probability-weighted outcomes and sensitivity analysis that clients can understand and act on.

Strategic Decision Support

Learn how to present financial scenarios to stakeholders who don't speak finance. You'll practice translating numbers into actionable recommendations for expansion, investment, or operational changes.

Why Scenario Modeling Matters Now

The businesses that survived 2023 and 2024 weren't necessarily the strongest. They were the ones that had modeled downside scenarios and knew their breaking points.

Our program emerged from working with Tweed Heads businesses that needed better financial visibility. We stripped out academic fluff and kept only the modeling techniques that changed outcomes.

You'll work with anonymized data from retail, hospitality, and professional services firms. Each module centers on a specific decision point where scenario analysis made the difference between growth and closure.
